• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled service may incur a fee or forfeit any prepaid amounts.

4. Refund Process:

• Once we receive your refund request, we will review it for approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

5. Adjustments to Services:

• If we fail to meet the agreed-upon service (e.g., incorrect items picked up, failure to arrive at the scheduled time), please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue through a replacement service or a partial refund.
